Terms and Conditions

1. The application form fee is ₦10,000 only.
2. A valid means of identification must be attached to this form.
3. Upon full payment, development is expected to commence within six months. Where work has not commenced, reallocation may be possible. Building-plan approval must be sought before work begins, and undeveloped plots must be maintained for residents’ safety.
4. Do not make payment to any agent, marketer, or representative. Sunstone City Limited is not responsible for payments not made in its favour at designated banks.
5. In the event of a subscriber’s demise, the next of kin may take ownership subject to the company’s requirements.
6. Interest is transferable only after full payment and with the company’s consent.
7. No plot allocation is made on part payment. Subscribers on instalment plans are allocated plots only from the available phase at the time payment is completed.
8. After allocation, subscribers must build to the approved prototype, including roof and paint colour, to maintain uniformity.
9. Setting out and excavation are handled strictly by the company’s professional team.
10. An infrastructural charge is payable before occupation, except where otherwise stated.
11. Withdrawal of interest requires 90 days’ notice and attracts a 20% administrative deduction.

Payment note: Payment should be made only after the developer’s approval. Infrastructure and setting-out/excavation charges apply after allocation.
